中共中央、国务院近日发布关于新时代加快完善社会主义市场经济体制的意见，旨在构建更加系统、成熟和完善的高水准社会主义市场经济。意见指出，我国将全面深化经济体制改革，聚焦完善产权制度，构建更加完善的要素市场化配置体制机制。

China issued a guideline to accelerate the improvement of its socialist market economy in the new era to build a high-level socialist market economy that is more systematic, mature and well-shaped. The guideline, released by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, said the country will comprehensively deepen reforms of its economic system with a focus on improving the system of property rights and pursuing market-oriented allocation of production factors.

在这样的背景下，中共中央、国务院出台关于新时代加快完善社会主义市场经济体制的意见，为当前和今后一个时期加快完善社会主义市场经济体制提供行动纲领，将进一步推动理顺政府和市场关系，为推动高质量发展、建设社会主义现代化国家提供重要体制保障和动力支撑。
