体坛英语资讯：Shanghai Shenhua defeat Shandong Luneng to win Chinese CFA Cup

SHANGHAI, Dec. 6 -- Shanghai Shenhua enjoyed a comprehensive 3-0 home win over Shandong Luneng to overturn a 1-0 first leg deficit and take the 2019 Chinese Football Association (CFA) Cup title at a fully-packed Hongkou Stadium here on Friday.

Rangy striker Kim Shin-wook opened the scoring in the 60th minute to level the aggregate score at 1-1, before Italian winger Stephan El Shaarawy and midfielder Qian Jiegei netted two goals in three minutes to seal Shenhua's victory.

South Korean international Kim drove home from inside the area after a cross from the right was headed into his path by a Shandong defender. Shaarawy doubled Shenhua's advantage with an angled drive on 81 minutes from captain Giovanni Moreno's pass, before Qian scored the third with a magnificent long-range strike three minutes later.

The visitors paid the price for their conservative approach with a deep defensive line, and could not take their chances. Right-back Zhang Chi had an opportunity in the opening stages of the second half, only to find his low shot go wide of the far post, and Chinese international Hao Junmin also wasted a good scoring chance.

Shenhua's 3-1 aggregate victory also gifts the Shanghai side direct qualification to next season's AFC Champions League.
