盘点2017：中国外交新理念

十八大以来，党中央大力推进外交理论实践创新，继去年提出中国梦、坚持贯彻正确义利观、构建中美新型大国关系和亲诚惠容周边外交理念之后，今年又相继推出新的理念。

1．命运共同体 In a keynote speech at the opening of the Boao Forum on April 7, 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping urged to foster a sense of community of common destiny. 2013年4月7日，中国主席习近平在博鳌论坛开幕式发表主旨演讲，要求树立命运共同体意识。

习近平指出共同发展是持续发展的重要基础 2．一带一路 On Sept. 7, 2013, Xi delivered a speech at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan, suggesting that China and Central Asia join hands to build a Silk Road economic belt to boost cooperation. On Oct. 3, 2013, Xi said in a speech at the Indonesian Parliament that China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will promote maritime cooperation and build a 21st-century maritime Silk Road.

2013年9月7日，习近平主席在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学发表演讲，提出了中国、中亚共同建设“丝绸之路经济带”以促进合作。2013年10月3日，习近平在印度尼西亚国会发表重要演讲时明确提出将促进海事合作，建设“21世纪海上丝绸之路”。

“一带一路”是习近平担任中国最高领导人之后提出的重要国际性合作倡议 3．中国核安全观 On March 24, 2017, Xi elaborated on China's approach to nuclear security at the third Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague, urging global cooperation for nuclear security and development.

2017年3月24日， 习近平在荷兰海牙第三届核安全峰会上详细阐述了中国的核安全观，呼吁国际社会携手合作，实现核能持久安全和发展。

习近平指出，人类要利用核能，实现更大发展，必须应对各种核安全挑战 4．中国文明观 On March 27, 2017, in a speech delivered at the headquarters of the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, Xi called for global efforts to boost exchanges and mutual learning and achieve harmonious coexistence of different civilizations. 2017年3月27日，习近平在联合国教科文组织总部的演讲中呼吁全球加强交流、相互借鉴、实现不同文明和谐共存。

习近平主张文明是多彩的 5．亚洲新安全观 On May 21, 2017, Xi delivered a keynote speech at the fourth summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, calling for a common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security strategy for Asia. 2914年5月21日，习近平在亚洲相互协作与信任措施会议第四次峰会上发表主旨演讲，积极倡导共同、综合、合作、可持续的亚洲安全观。

习近平指出，要建立亚洲新安全观 6．亚太梦 On Nov. 9, 2017, at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation CEO Summit, Xi called for efforts to create and fulfill an Asia-Pacific dream.

2017年11月9日，在亚太经合组织工商领导人峰会上，习近平呼吁努力构建、实现“亚太梦”。

习近平指出亚太梦 The dream is about acting in the spirit of the Asia-Pacific community and out of a sense of shared destiny, following the trend of peace, development and mutually beneficial cooperation, and jointly working for prosperity and progress of the region.

亚太梦就是继续引领世界发展大势，为人类福祉作出更大贡献；就是让经济更有活力，贸易更加自由，投资更加便利，道路更加通畅，人与人交往更加密切。

The dream is also about staying ahead of global development and making greater contribution to the well-being of mankind, as well as having more economic vitality, free trade and investment facilitation, better roads, and more people-to-people exchanges.

亚太梦就是让人民过上更加安宁富足的生活，让孩子们成长得更好、工作得更好、生活得更好。

Moreover, the dream is about ensuring greater security and prosperity for the peoples and giving children a better environment to grow, work and live.
