BEIJING, June 18 -- Guangzhou R&F tied 1-1 with Shanghai SIPG 1-1 at home after a clash sent a player of each side off in the 13th round of the Chinese Super League season on Sunday.

SIPG ranked second, while R&F fifth in the CSL standings before the game.

In the 29th minute, R&F's forward Eran Zahavi launched a 35-meter long shot, and Shanghai's goalkeeper Yan Junling caught the ball but accidentally had it slip into the net. In the 44th minute, Givanildo Vieira de Souza equalized for Shanghai at the assist of Oscar dos Santos Emboaba Junior, who was suspected of offside but was not ruled.
