中国将淘汰“水银温度计”

2017年8月16日，《关于汞的水俣公约》对我国正式生效。自2026年1月1日起，禁止生产含汞体温计和含汞血压计。这意味着过去中国家庭常用的水银体温计将逐渐退出历史舞台。

About 7 million mercury thermometers in hospitals and clinics across China may be phased out by the end of this year, as an international treaty to protect human health and the environment from poisonous mercury took effect in China on Wednesday.

8月16日，《关于汞的水俣公约》对我国正式生效。这是一项旨在保护人体健康和环境免受水银毒害的国际公约。全国医院和诊所约700万水银温度计或将在年底前被淘汰。

在中国，家家户户都有水银温度计（mercury thermometer），虽然水银温度计示值准确、稳定性高，且价格低廉、不用外接电源，使用起来很方便，但是水银温度计一旦破碎，内含的有毒水银会造成污染，甚至会导致汞中毒。

中国将积极响应世界卫生组织的全球汞消除计划，目标是在2017年全球减少含汞体温计和含汞血压计（mercury blood pressure gauges）需求的70%。

国内医院将实现医疗设备无汞化，采用电子温度计（electronic thermometer）等无汞产品（mercury-free products）。

根据环保部、外交部、发展改革委等十余部门联合发布的公告，自2017年8月16日起，禁止开采新的原生汞矿（ban the opening of new primary mercury mines）。2032年8月16日起，全面禁止原生汞矿开采（ban further mining at all existing primary mercury mines）。

中国还将禁止生产及进出口含汞产品（ban the production, import and export of products that contain mercury）。自2026年1月1日起，禁止生产含汞体温计和含汞血压计。
