还有这种操作? 夫妻离婚前要先考试!

A pre-divorce exam for couples is being trialed in southwest China, reports the Chengdu Business Daily.

据《成都商报》报道，一项离婚前的考试正在中国西南地区进行试验。

The special test was devised by Wang Shiyu, a local judge in Yibin, Sichuan Province.

这项特殊的测试是由四川省宜宾市一名名叫王士雨的法官设计的。

It's designed to evaluate the condition of the marriage, whether there are any chances of a reunion, or rehabilitation. It also aims to remind the couple of their good times together, said Wang Shiyu.

设计这份试卷的目的是为了评估婚姻状况，看是否有挽回的余地。据王士雨介绍，其目的还有提醒夫妻回忆起以往的美好时光。

Wang point out that the exam is not mandatory, and will only be sat with the mutual consent of the couple who file for divorce.

王士雨指出，这项考试并非强制性的，只会在提出离婚的夫妇双方都同意的情况下进行。

The exam paper contains both subjective and objective questions, on topics such as the date of the couple's wedding anniversary, their current opinion of family and marriage, etc.

这份考卷既有主观题，也有客观题，比如夫妇结婚纪念日、他们目前对家庭和婚姻的看法等。

After the exam, the couple review and mark each other's papers. Scores below 60 percent suggest the marriage is on the verge of collapse.

在考试结束后，夫妻二人相互检查并批改对方的试卷。分数低于60分就表明这段婚姻处于崩溃的边缘。

So far the only exam took place on September 14, 2017. The couple in the case scored 80 and 86, separately.

迄今为止，唯一一场考试是在今年9月14日进行的。夫妻两人在考试中分别得了80、86分。

After the exam, the wife who filed for the divorce became "much calmer," and agreed to the court's judgment that their marriage should not be dissolved.

The special exam has sparked heated debate with some praising the move, saying it is full of humanity and every effort should to be made to save a marriage.

Others have argued that divorce is always a personal choice, and the court should focus on dealing with matters of alimony, custody of any children, or any other issues between the parties.
