体坛英语资讯：Algerias ES Setif secure berth in African CL quarterfinals

ALGIERS, Aug. 28 -- Algeria's ES Setif advanced to the knockout stage of the African Champions League (ACL) on Tuesday, after beating Mouloudia Club of Algiers (MCA) 2-1 in 5 July stadium in upper Algiers.

All the three goals came from the first half by Djahnit in the 5th minute and Bouguelmouna in the 27th for ES Setif, and Derrardja in the 41st for MCA on penalty.

The win ensured ES Setif the second spot in Group B with 8 points.

TP Mazembe (DR Congo) consolidated their Group B top spot with 12 points despite drawing 1-1 at home with Morocco's Difaa El Jadida.

The Moroccans finished third with 6 points, followed by Algeria's MCA with 5 points.
