如果有这样一家工厂，员工没有固定工作时间，不用上下班打卡，每天只需要下班前登记自己工作了几个小时，而且想休一天假时不用打电话请假，甚至出现过某一天全体员工都没去上班的情况。你会不会觉得这简直是天方夜谭。这工厂还能开得下去吗？恰恰相反，不仅员工的工作效率提高了，还大幅节约了管理成本。
