LUANDA, June 8 -- The handball players of Petro de Luanda Magda Cazanga and Aznaide Carlos will play for the Slovenian Krim team next season for a one-year contract.

The players are expected to travel to Slovenia as soon as the national championship ends, which should begin between late July and early August, according to local media on Friday.

Carlos, aged 28, is one of the most outstanding players in the national handball and has been the top scorer of the national championship several times, while Cazanga, aged 27, has the biggest distinction of being part of the top ten scorer in the last World Cup in Germany.

The Slovenian club of Krim was founded in 1984 and has, in addition to Cups and Super Cups, 22 national championship titles, and has won twice in 2001 and 2003 the European club title.
