崔永元炮轰范冰冰偷税漏税 税总务局介入调查

The Chinese tax authority has started investigations on tax evasion practices in the film and television industry. Any illegal activities uncovered will be punished in line with the law, the State Administration of Taxation said in a statement released on Sunday.

国家税务总局日前发表声明称，中国税务机关已经开始就影视行业的偷漏税行为进行调查。任何非法行为一旦发现都将依法受到处罚。

The statement is in response to recent heated online discussions that Fan Bingbing, a famous Chinese actress, might have evaded paying tax through only reporting a fraction of her total income as stated on a payment contract.

该声明是对最近网络热议的中国著名女演员范冰冰，可能通过报告一小部分收入（一开始设立在付款合同中）来逃税。

The remaining part of her income, which is larger than the reported amount, however, was paid through separate privately-signed agreements, a way to avoid tax payment based on much higher income, according to the online accusations.

根据网上的指控，她收入的剩余部分，比所报告的部分数量要多很多，然而，这部分是通过私人签署的协议来支付，这是一种在收入过高时逃避缴税的方式。

The investigation started in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, the tax administration said, and further measures will be taken to prevent similar cases and enhance law enforcement.

国家税务总局表示，调查从中国东部的江苏省无锡市开始，下一步将采取措施阻止类似案例的发生以及提高执法。

Earlier last week, Cui Yongyuan, a famous cultural critic and former CCTV anchor, posted on his Weibo account photos of the contract for a four-day shoot involving Fan.

上周早些时候，著名文化评论家兼前中国中央电视台主持人崔永元，在其微博发布了与范冰冰相关的为期4天的拍摄合同照。

Fan Bingbing Studio issued a statement, accusing Cui of violating Fan's legal rights and interests by publicizing the contracts and leveling insulting remarks toward her.

范冰冰工作室随后发布一份声明，控告崔永元通过公布合同和对她侮辱性舆论的导向，侵犯了范冰冰的合法权利。

Cai Daotong, director of the Law School of Nanjing Normal University, said that the tax authority has the obligation to investigate whether there are illegal activities during the tax reporting process.

南京师范大学法学院院长蔡道通称，税务机关有责任调查纳税申报过程中是否存在违法行为。
