With Emilia Clarke currently promoting the upcoming Star Wars spin-off Solo, the actor has been answering fans prying questions about the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones.Of course, the producers of the mediaeval fantasy series are wanting to keep spoilers to a minimum.

According to Clarke, they are going to such extremes that even the show's leading stars are unaware of how the series will end.

据克拉克所说，他们的制片保守秘密如此严苛，以至于这部剧的主角都不知道《权游》会有怎样的结局。

“I don't know that I even do now,” she told The Hollywood Reporter when asked about who will end up on the Iron Throne. ”I'm being serious. I think they're filming a bunch of stuff and they're not telling us. I'm being serious. I'm being deadly serious. I think that they don't even trust us.”

Looks like Clarke – along with fellow actors Kit Harrington, Sophie Turner, Lena Heady, etc – will have to wait like the rest of us mere mortals for the HBO show to return next year.

Meanwhile, fans of Clarke can catch the actor in Solo: A Star Wars Story, which reaches cinemas 25 May.
