“收入分配制度”改革

近日，国务院批转了发展改革委、财政部、人力资源和社会保障部制定的《关于深化收入分配制度改革的若干意见》。

The reform will focus on increasing residents' income, narrowing the income distribution disparity and regulating the distribution order, said a statement from the State Council, or China's cabinet, which declared approval and transfer of the guidelines.

国务院在（收入分配改革）意见的批转通知中指出，此次改革重点为提高居民收入、缩小收入分配差距，以及规范收入分配秩序。

收入分配制度改革（reform of income distribution mechanisms）是近几年屡次被提及的一个话题，隐性收入（hidden income）、非法收入（illegal income）、城乡居民收入差距较大（huge income gap between rural and urban residents）等收入问题也受到人们普遍关注。

此次发布的改革意见指出，到2020年实现城乡居民人均实际收入（average real income）比2010年翻一番，中等收入群体持续扩大（the middle-income group will be expanded），扶贫对象（those living under the poverty line）大幅减少，让人民享受到到国家发展的成果（development achievements）。
