　　I am blessed with my dear mother and father who are still alive. I appreciate them more each day. My mother and father do not change, but I do. 　　How does a person thank a mother or/and a father for continuing to be a mother or/and a father? For being ready with advice (when asked) or remaining silent when it is most appreciated? For not saying: "I told you so", when she/he could have uttered these words dozens of times?

　　I don't know how, dear God, except to bless her/him as richly as she/he deserves and to help me live up to the example she/he has set. I pray that I will look as good in the eyes of my children as my mother or/and father look(s) in mine.

　　What a touching letter! Undoubtedly, we all have experienced parents’ love countless times during the process of our growth. It is they who keep, at all times, focusing their mind and energy on raising us, ensuring our lifelong safety and happiness.

　　We are never short of such stories as parents’ love. As a child, once I felt terribly sick at midnight. Hearing this, my parents rose immediately and took me to the nearest hospital. Accompanying me by my bed, they didn’t even sleep a second the whole night.

　　We can never thank our parents enough. Never ever will I let them down from now on. Studying hard is the only way, in my opinion, to express my gratitude to them. Only in this way can I guarantee to live up to their expectations in the future.

It’s evident that we are living in a world where/ in which sharing is so important that we can never emphasize its importance too much. By sharing, we can often simplify the complex and ease the pain. Here I would like to share my own experience in this aspect.

　　There was a time when I was caught in the sadness of failing the exam, my world turned grey and my mind was condemned to sadness until my best friend came up to comfort me. Encouraged and moved by his kindness, I shared my feelings with him and was given some practical suggestions by him, which relieved me of troubles soon.

　　As you can see, it was sharing with my friend that helped me out of the dark moment and brought back my confidence. In conclusion, sharing is of great benefit to/is beneficial to us, not only physically but also psychologically/mentally.
