　　.写作要点

　　发言稿一般要有问题的提出、分析、认识自己的设想与构思等。具体地说：

　　1．了解书写格式。(1)称呼　(2)问候　(3)介绍　(4)表达心情和谢意　(5)介绍演讲的标题　(6)演讲的内容　(7)再次表示感谢

　　2．注意发言稿的结构。发言稿第一段侧重介绍事情的发生、发展和结局。第二段应紧扣主题表示欢迎、欢送、号召、建议、个人看法等。

　　3．序号的巧妙运用。一些发言稿内容繁多，自己的感受和体会也比较多，我们直接写出问题或自己的想法时，可能会比较零乱，这时可用序号1、2、3等表示，问题讲完，即告结束。

　　4．语言直白简洁。发言稿是直接面向听众的，所以我们在语言的选择上要简短，尽可能多使用简单句，听众一听就能听懂，当然，一些经典的长句我们也可以用在文中。

　　5．观点鲜明，感情真挚。发言稿观点鲜明，显示着说话者对一种理性认识的肯定，也显示着说话者对客观事物见解的透彻程度，能给人以可信任和可靠感，感情真挚才能打动人，引起听众的共鸣。
