1【Protest over G20 priorities】抗议G20峰会首要议题
TEXT:The euro zone crisis is expected to dominate the summit of G20 nations in Mexico. This group of objectors from Oxfam staging a mock plenary session in protest say that's all wrong. SOUNDBITE: STEVE PRICE-THOMAS, OXFAM SPOKESPERSON, SAYING (English): "While the euro crisis is clearly number one on the agenda for the G20 summit this week there are a number of other really important issues which it is essential the G20 tackles, issues of poverty, issues of food security and issues of financing for development." World leaders arriving for Monday's start of the summit face a meeting where the euro zone's woes will dominate for the third year in a row. The Group of 20 was created in 1999 to bring together financial policy makers from traditional economic powers and fast growing developing ones like China and Brazil. When the world was threatened with global economic meltdown it became a forum for the leaders of member states to agree on counter-measures. Paul Chapman, Reuters

2【China launches space mission】中国神九一飞冲天
TEXT:With a thunderous roar, China announces its presence as a key player in the space race. This Shenzhou 9 rocket carrying three astronauts blasted off Saturday afternoon, bound for an experimental Chinese space station. If all goes to plan, the ship will dock at the station - a complicated maneuver that would be a landmark achievement for China's nascent space program. And these are the people who will make it happen. The ship's crew of three, including China's first female astonaut, were given a rousing sendoff a few hours before launch. The mission is part of a larger, more ambitious effort, say Chinese officials. (SOUNDBITE) (Mandarin) CHIEF DESIGNER OF CHINA'S MANNED SPACE ENGINEERING PROJECT, ZHOU JIANPING SAYING: "Our country's current planned timetable is to build a manned space station by around 2020. I believe that we can achieve this goal, because we already have the basic technological capability." Beijing is still far behind the established space superpowers, the United States and Russia. But Saturday's launch is an indication the country is fast catching up, say observers. Andrew Raven, Reuters

3【Nokia to cut 10,000 jobs】诺基亚裁员10,000名
TEXT:Another round of job cuts at Nokia - 10,000will go this time in the biggest revamp in its recent history. The cuts will be made globally and include the closure of Nokia's only plant in Finland. 40,000 jobs at the troubled mobile phone maker have now been cut since Stephen Elop took over as Chief Executive two years ago. Nokia also warned the second quarter loss from its cellphone business would be larger than expected. Much has been said about Nokia's prospects in recent years as it loses market share to the likes of Apple and Samsung. The company's cash position is also being scrutinized by investors. Nokia says it needs to spend 650 million euros in the remaining three quarters on restructuring. Shares fell 9 percent in early trading - they've crashed more than 70 percent since February last year when Nokia decided to use Microsoft's Windows phone system instead of its own operating software. Sonia Legg, Reuters.

4【Hundreds demonstrate against bank bailout】数百人游行示威反对银行融资
TEXT:Hundreds of demonstrators filled the streets of Madrid Saturday to protest against Bankia, a nationalised bank requesting 19 billion euros in state aid. Citizens banged pots and pans and held banners as they marched from Cuatro Caminos to the bank's headquarters. Bankia is at the heart of Spain's banking crisis that forced the country to ask it's European neighbors for a 100 billion euro bailout. The bank was nationalised less than a year after it was listed on the stockexchange. Investments of thousands of small shareholders were all but wiped out. Julie Noce, Reuters
