　　One possible version：

　　What we can see in this picture is a small town, far away from cities.

　　In general, there are fewer job opportunities in small towns. Therefore, young people in the small town are eager to leave for big cities for jobs, like the guy in the picture.

　　In my opinion, it is quite understandable. But I hold the view that young people should stay at their hometown. For one thing, they can spend more time with their family. For another, they can contribute to the development of their hometown, because without their efforts, the small town will stay behind forever. Moreover, I'm convinced that young people will be paid off in return if they put their heart in the development of the hometown.

　　One possible version：

　　In the picture, two fat goats are tied to each other with a short rope. They both see some grass in front of them, and try hard to pull to get their own food in opposite directions. They are unsuccessful, because the length of the rope is too limited to allow either of them to eat the food at the same time.

　　The picture is trying to tell us that cooperation is better than conflicts. Both of the goats want their food at the same time, which has formed a conflict between them. However, if they decide to cooperate and eat the grass on the left first, and then the grass on the right, they will both be able to get what they want. Thus things will turn into a “win­win” situation.

　　We human beings sometimes act as foolishly as the goats, each focusing on his own benefits ahead and neglecting cooperation. We should remember that our goal is not that we get something and others get nothing, but that all people get what they want. Cooperation will benefit everyone.
