Australia Day will come at Australian Open 2010 with Samantha Stosur, Lleyton Hewitt and Casey Dellacqua all set to star on Rod Laver Arena on Saturday.
Roger Federer, Caroline Wozniacki, Marcos Baghdatis, Serena Williams, Novak Djokovic and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga will also hit the Melbourne Park courts.
World No.13 Stosur is first up on Rod Laver Arena and will face Italian Alberta Brianti for a spot in the fourth round.
Three-time Australian Open champion Federer will then take on Spain's Albert Montanes, the No. 31 seed. The pair have played twice before, on clay, with the Swiss winning on both occasions.
The final day match on Rod Laver Arena will feature Dellacqua against former world No.1 and sixth seed Venus Williams. It will be the first meeting between the two with a spot in the fourth round up for grabs.
The night session will get underway with one of the most highly- anticipated match-ups of Australian Open 2010, when Hewitt faces 2006 finalist Baghdatis on Rod Laver Arena.
The clash is an exact re-match of their five set classic third round match in 2008. Hewitt went onto win that encounter, but the Cypriot had the edge in their most recent match, winning their Medibank International Sydney quarterfinal 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 last week.
Danish fourth seed Wozniacki will close out the night session when she plays Israel's Shahar Peer, the 29th seed. Wozniacki defeated Peer in the first round of last year's Australian Open 6-3, 6-2.
Victoria Azarenka will get play started on Hisense Arena tomorrow as she takes on Italian Tathiana Garbin.
Following that world No.1 Serena Williams will face Spain's Carla Suarez Navarro, a revelation at Australian Open 2009.
2008 champion Djokovic closes out the day session on Hisense Arena against Denis Istomin of Uzbekistan.
Night action on Hisense Arena will feature a match between two Australian crowd favourites Tsonga and Tommy Haas. The German won their only encounter 6-3, 7-6 (3) in Halle last year.
Other seeds in third round action on Saturday include No.9 seed Vera Zvonareva, No. 6 seed Nikolay Davydenko, No. 9 seed Fernando Verdasco and 10th seed Agnieszka Radwanska.
