　　1、可以用advise sb. to do sth.，也可以用advise doing sth.，但不能用advise to do sth.。

　　许多医生都劝告人们住到乡下去。

　　2、advise后接从句时，从句谓语要用虚拟语气，形式为should+动词原形，should可以省略。类似用法的词还有require，suggest，order，demand，insist等。
