　　入选理由: 主流话题。9月份主要考的是青少年教育类，10月份的话题应该会开始逐渐转向政府类的话题。上一次该类话题出现还是在8月16日，时隔近两个月政府类话题有望引来强势回归。

　　二级预测: 科技类

　　入选理由: 很久没有出现的一类话题，一年之内肯定会出现几次的。

　　推荐练习真题: Earlier technological development brought new changes to the life of ordinary people than recent technological development did. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　三级预测: 政府类+科技类 组合题

　　入选理由: 9月27日的题目考的是应不应该给予贫困学生优惠政策以便其接受高等教育，属于教育类+政府类的组合题。这种命题趋势完全有可能在接下来的几次考试中出现。

　　推荐练习真题: Some people believe that scientific research should be conducted by the government rather by private companies. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　图表作文重点关注: 流程图在10月份出现的可能性不大。2008年以来图表题考得最多的就只有两种: Bar Chart和Table。9月份的图表以Bar Chart为主，10月份重点关注Table表格题。
