　　I was the graduate who ever lived in your dormitory when I studied in Canada. Now I have came(come的过去分词是come) back in my hometown. As(去掉，否则这句话有语法问题) I went away so hastily that I forgot to return the CD which you lended(lend的过去式是lent) it(去掉，前边有which) to me several weeks ago.

　　I am indeed very sorry for what I did, but believe that I had no intention to do that. To remedy my mistake, I provide some ways of solving this problem for you to choose.

　　One is that I would like to delivery(应该用动词deliver) it to you by EMS as soon as possible. The other is that if you are not busy listening to it recently, I will bring it to you when I come back to Canada next month.
