　　Dear Professor Shakespeare:

　　I am writing to formally request to withdraw from two courses: Introduction to Elementary Education and Teaching Methods.

　　The main reason for reducing my course load is that I am finding it extremely difficult to manage six courses. Because I really have to work part time, I have no other choice but to decrease my course load.

　　I would also like to request a tuition refund. I am sorry for any inconveniences I have caused by this change in plans.
