Why, in our modern lives, does such kind of phenomenon happen? there are many reasons accounting for the phenomenon clearly. What I want to focus on as the first point is that some businessmen are lack of awareness of honest. In addition, the laws and regulations concerned quality of products are still far from perfect yet . The last point worth our attention is that mass media fails to play a due role of guidance and supervision in this case.

　　Considering all these, some positive and effective steps should be carried out, to put an end to the phenomenon radically. On the one hand, the businessmen should strengthen self-cultivation and understand it it our duty to be honesty to their consumers, meanwhile the authority concerned should enhance legal construction, promulgation and education, to enhance the legal awareness and idea of the public of supporting parents.
