　　No one has failed to notice the phenomenon that there has beena steady rise inthe number of rural laborers whoswarm intobig cities. Taking a look around，we can find that many men work on construction sites , while many women work as cleaner in restaurants or babysitters for city dwellers .

　　Amplereasons canaccount for this social phenomenon. First and foremost, the limited land can no longer produce enough crops for an ever-increasing rural population，theyhave no choice but to flock into big cities to earn a living.In the second place, it is widely accepted by the countrymanthat the larger the cities are，the greater the opportunities are ，which means they have chance to work and live and raise their families with dignity. Last but by no means least, many of them want to livepermanently in big cities, because they admire the way of living there, and also their children can receive better education. {注：其实主要就是写大城市的好处}

It is a main way totransfer rural surplus labororsand a process toadvance urbanization ，Without this step, urbanization would have no economic foundation .
