英语六级作文预测公共场所禁烟

　　Directions：For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay entitled Should Smoking Be Ban in Public Places? You should write at least 150 words following the outline given below.

　　1.目前许多么共场所都开始禁烟;

　　2.有人支持这种做法，有人却对此很不满意;

　　3.你的看法。

　　In recent years, smoking has been made illegal in many public places such as shops, restaurants, and even bus stops. Many welcome the new law since a significant part of all deaths are smoking related. However, some smokers consider the policy has gone too far.

　　最近几年在公共场所吸烟变成了违法行为，像是在超市餐馆甚至在公交站。许多新的法律很重要的部分是跟吸烟会导致死亡有关的。然而，一些烟民认为政策已经管的太多了。

　　In my view, smoking should not be banned like this. First, to ban smoking is a long term goal which should be achieved step by step. During the process, education rather than enforcement(强制执行) is likely to be the key to its success. Second, such a strict ban is in fact unnecessary in places where smoking and none-smoking areas are already separate. Most people will obey the rules in this case. Third, when smoking is made illegal in many public places, some smokers just avoid going to those places as they can. As a result, the business in these places is affect.

　　在我看来，吸烟不应该像这样被禁止。第一禁烟是一个长期目标，应该按步完成。在此期间教育而不是强制执行更是成功的关键。第二这样一个严格的禁令实际上是不必要的在那些吸烟区和非吸烟区已经独立分开的地方。大多数人会遵守这条规则在这种情况下。第三在很多吸烟已经违法的地方，一些吸烟者只是尽他们所能的避免去这些地方。结果是这些禁烟的地方的商业受到影响。

　　Therefore, I don t think smoking should be banned in public places.

　　综上所诉我认为吸烟不应该被禁止在公共场所。
