　　The harmfulness of overusing mobile phone can be summarized as below. To begin with, it leads to countless health problems including short sight and autism. These diseases all have root causes in overusing cell phone. Whats more, the harmfulness is as much about our safety as it is about our health. The overusing mobile phone can change our lives patterns and overlook the danger around us.

　　Health experts are up in arms over the overusing the mobile phone. It is high time to change such uncool habit. Only in this way can we eradicate the risk of overusing cell phone.
