　　In my opinion, happiness is to have a harmonious relationship with people in our lives.

　　There are some reasons for my view. First, it is the people in our lives who bring us the most happiness. Family，friends and co-workers, who are part of our inner circle, can share our experiences, hopes and dreams, successes and frustrations, joys and pains. Second, selfishness is a major block to happiness. To live life only for ourselves will bring us nothing but sadness and misery. Thus, the unconditional love we have for the people in our lives and they unconditional love for us is the essence of happiness.

　　我的观点理由有三:首先，正是我们生活中的那些人给我们带来最多幸福时光。家庭、朋友和同事形成了我们的内部交流圈，能够与我们分享经历、希望和梦想、成功与挫折、欢乐与苦痛。其次，自私是幸福的主要障碍。为自己而活，只能带给我们悲伤和痛苦，除此之外什么也没有。因此，我们和生活中那些人之间的无条件的爱就是幸福的本质。

　　In a word, I truly believe that the happiest people are those who get along well with others and love many things, keep a good mood in their lives. They have their own way to enjoy and appreciate the world. They love their children, family and friends . They love both sunrises and sunsets. The most important is that they know how to share all of these with others.

　　总之，最幸福的人是那些在生活中与他人和睦相处、心中有爱、保持好心情的人们，我对此深信不疑。他们拥有自己的方式来享受和欣赏世界。他们爱自己的孩子、家庭和朋友。他们既爱日出，也爱日落。最重要的一点是，他们知道如何将所有的这些与他人分享。
