　　There are several factors when choosing a lecturer．To begin with，a wide academic background should be preferred，since a learned teacher will greatly enlarge his／her studentsscope of knowledge in delivering his／her lessons．Secondlya teacher with a liberal teaching style is desirable，because this kind of teacher will create a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere，thus making learning interesting．Last but not least，the personality of the lecturer should be paid attention to when choosing a lecturer．
