　　12月17日六级听力长对话第二篇属于商务类之谈判话题，场景词有runthe campaign, trade fairs, specifications of the advertisement, initialproposal, fee, lose business, solution等。

　　man speaker和womanspeaker为了达到自己的谈判目标，步步逼紧，所以对话节奏紧凑，思路清楚。以woman speaker的一段为例，Well,can we summarize the problem from my point of view? First of all, the campaignwas late. It missed two important trade fairs. The ads also did not appear intokey magazines. As a result, the campaign failed. Do you accept that summary ofwhat happened? 她以一般疑问句的形式开头，提出论点，即summarize the problem接着用First of all和also来分述论据;最后以as a result收官，并且再次以一般疑问句的形式向对方发出挑战，Do you accept?

　　问题设置的方式亦按照原文的谈判思路，即提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的流程。在对话首尾部分，皆出现考点，比较容易把握。
