英语四级听力技巧之等值转换题

　　等值转换题相对来说比较令考生头疼，特点是因为它的答案无法在原文中直接找到，必须通过换算的方式计算出结果，而并非运用原文中的线索直接加减乘除，所以你一定要对英语中的代用词相当的敏感，以下为英语中常用到的代用词，务必倒背如流。

　　①时间的代用词

　　quarter一刻钟、四分之一、季度adozen一打、十二个

　　score二十monthly一月一次

　　daily一日一次weekly每周一次

　　fortnight两星期decade十

　　century世纪、百millennium千

　　②倍数、货币的代用词

　　double、twice两倍fivefold五倍

　　half一半aquarter25美分

　　adime10美分anickel5美分
