SAT填空题常考词汇之变义单词

　　SAT填空题常考词汇中有一种单词类型是变义单词，所谓变义单词即已知的单词，加了ed或者ing等之后意思发生了词义非常规变化，这在SAT填空题中是常常考到的知识点，我们举例说明一下，如：

　　Although visitors initially may find touring the city by subway to be ______, they are pleased to discover that subways are an inexpensive and ______ way to get around.

　　A. wasteful generous B. daunting efficient C. extravagant prohibitive

　　D. convenient solitary E. enjoyable easy

　　这道SAT填空题目很简单，但很多同学没有把prohibitive的常考意搞清楚，应该是昂贵的，与前面inexpensive成反义词，这样从逻辑判断或者说叫感情色彩判断会很快排除此选项。
