办公族在办公之时总免不了会犯困，盯着电脑一久，上下眼皮就开始打架；中午吃完饭脑子立马变成一团转不动的浆糊；甚至偷偷祈祷办公室要是有张床该多好……当困意袭来，试试下面的方法，解救你这只“困兽！

Fruit

Dehydration is a big cause of tiredness and if your eyes are showing signs of lethargy splash some cool water on your face.

Cold air keeps your body’s heat-regulating system ticking over, which might use up energy in hindsight, but at least you’ll shiver yourself awake.

Sitting in a warm office in front of a roaring computer screen surrounded by the gentle prattle of idiotic workmates is enough to send anyone to sleep. Go outside and breathe in some of the fresh air for a few minutes; just try not to give up and go home whilst you’re out there.

新鲜空气

在温暖的办公室里对着呼呼作响的电脑屏幕，听着周围同事的窃窃私语，谁都会睡着。出去呼吸一下新鲜空气，只要别改道溜回家就行。
