F=完全错误
NG比较难判断。有两种情况：
1)一般是文章没有给的信息，或者是即有对的可能又有错的可能。一般都是比较模糊的概念。从文章中不能判断选项正确还是错误。
2)文章中的意思的不确定的，但是选项把这个意思肯定化了。
举例： 文章：I think it can rain today.
选项：A.it rain today. 答案：NG
B。it cant rain. 答案：F
因为CAN 是表示有这种可能性，而A 把作者的意思给肯定化了。但是又没有完全否定不会下雨。所以NG
