The Mice Held a Meeting
Long ago, some mice kept getting attacked by a cat. So they held a meeting together. and discussed what to do.
At the meeting, each mouse had a different opinion, but all were voted down.
Finally, a little mouse proposed that they hang a small bell around the cats neck, when they heard the bell ring, they would run away. All the mice agreed with what the little mice said, and applauded him.
An old mouse who were sitting aside said nothing. Then it stood up and said:This idea is very cleaver, but I think we will still have some trouble, the problem is who should we send to hang the small bell around the cats neck?
The story means that thinking up an idea is easyer than actually carrying out the plan.
