北京“会奖旅游”前景看好

会奖旅游发展已经成为推动北京快速迈向国际交往中心的重要途径。国际大会与会议协会今年5月发布数据显示，北京以举办104场国际会议位列全球城市第14名，亚洲第二，中国第一。

Beijing will focus on developing meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition (MICE) tours as well as those offering traditional Chinese medicine experiences, according to the Beijing High-End Tourism and Meetings Industry Alliance.

北京高端旅游与会议产业联盟最近表示，北京将重点发展会奖旅游和中医养生旅游产品。

MICE由Meeting(会议)、Incentives(奖励旅游)、Conference/Conventions(大型企业会议)、Exhibitions/Exposition(活动展览)的首字母大写组成，简称为“会奖或“会展，而借助这些活动展开的旅游活动就叫MICE tourism(会展/会奖旅游)，是商务旅游(business tourism)的一种形式。

其他常见的旅游形式还有：医疗旅游(medical tourism)、文化旅游(cultural tourism)、生态旅游(ecotourism)、太空旅游(space tourism)等。

北京市旅游发展委员会副主任王粤表示，首都独特的资源和特殊的地位赋予了其承接国际会议的诸多可能性，会奖旅游发展已经成为推动北京快速迈向国际交往中心的重要途径(an important approach to speed up the process for Beijing to evolve into an international exchange center)。北京应该在此基础上推出更多旅游套餐产品(tourism packages)，同时推出更多定制旅游产品(customized tours)，以满足高端游客的需求。
