政府将推出“微调控”措施，加速中国经济调整

近日，国务院总理李克强在北京主持召开了部分省(区)政府主要负责人经济形势座谈会。李克强表示：“政府会在此后推出一些有预见性的‘微调控’措施。

Premier Li Keqiang said at a recent State Council Economic Work Conference that the government will expedite the country's economic adjustment with "micro-control" measures.

李克强总理在最近的一次经济工作会议上表示，政府将通过“微调控措施加速经济调整。

微调控(micro-control)，只针对某一个或几个行业(target specific industries)，不动用大量货币投放(not involve a huge supply of money)，不影响大的产业格局和全局性经济金融指标(not influence the overall economic and financial indices and overall industrial pattern)，因此更加收敛，更加审慎和有的放矢。

除了微调控以外，政府对国民经济的管理手段还有：

宏观调控(macroeconomic regulation and control/macro-control)：国家依据市场经济的一系列规律，实现定观(总量)平衡，保持经济持续、稳定、协调增长，而对货币收支总量、财政收支总量、外汇收支总量和主要物资供求的调节与控制。

定向调控(targeted regulation and control)：通过针对不同调控领域，制定清晰明确的调控政策，使预调微调和必要的“先手棋更加有的放矢，更具针对性，体现了对宏观调控深处着力和精准发力的更高要求。
