Blake, the 44-year-old founder of Black Ivory Coffee, has recently produced elephant dung coffee after nine years' effort.

44岁的黑象牙咖啡研制者布雷克经过9年努力，开发出了一种大象屎咖啡。

According to Blake, the enzymes in the elephant's stomach function as a kind of slow cooker, where the digestive acid takes 17 hour to take the bitterness out of the coffee beans.

布雷克把大象胃中的酶形容为慢炖锅，其中的胃酸能用17个小时将咖啡豆中的苦味分解掉。

To make a kilo of coffee, the elephants have to consume 33 kg of beans.

大象需吃下33公斤的咖啡豆，才会产出一公斤的咖啡。

The rarity of the elephant dung coffee makes it at $1,880 per kg, or $13 for a cup.

不过正因为稀有，每公斤大象屎咖啡售价1880美元，即每杯咖啡13美元
