六一儿童节前夕,网信办开展“护苗行动,使青少年免受不健康网络信息的毒害。
到2014年,我国青少年网民(juvenile Internet users)已达2.77亿人,是全国青少年总数的79.6%。互联网不良信息举报中心的数据显示,七成被举报信息与色情有关(involved pornographic contents)。网信办高度重视为青少年营造健康的网络环境,将对包含暴力和色情等不良信息的网络内容进行集中清理(cleaning up unhealthy content)。
“护苗行动的主要战场将是即时通讯服务商(instant messaging services)微信和QQ、社交网络平台(social network platforms)微博、各种网络论坛、信息储存平台云盘和网盘(information storage platforms such as Yunfile and Netdisk)、以及网络视频、微视频(micro videos),移动app等。
