cold turkey “无准备地”、 “直截了当地”。

cause ... to ... “使得……做……”。

I’m really beat, so I’m going home.

beat “筋疲力尽的”。

I’m too tired to go any place but home.

直译是“我太累了所以除了回家我哪儿都不去”。
