　　Telephone Call

　　Ted had just set up his own real estate agency(房地产公司)and it was his first day in his new office. He had been waiting for customers(顾客)the whole morning when he heard someone coming towards the door.

　　"It must be my first customer!" he thought. Ted quickly picked up the phone and pretended to be very busy answering an important call from someone who wanted to buy an expensive house.

　　A man came in and waited politely for Ted to finish his conversation. Then he said, "I'm from the telephone company and I'm here to connect your telephone."
