China's Air Force, the country's airspace regulator, will introduce measures to easeflight delays of civil planes, an airspace regulation expert has said.
一位空域管制专家表示，作为全国飞行管制的统一组织实施者，空军将出台多种措施，缓解民航航班延误。
文中的flight delays of civil planes就是指“航班延误，也可以简称为civil flight delays。导致航班延误的因素有：carrier operation and management（航空公司运行管理），air traffic control（流量控制），bad weather（恶劣天气影响），military activities（军事活动影响），以及airdrome aid（机场保障）等。
Civil flight指的是“民航，比如civil flight airport（民航机场），与之相对的则是military aviation（军用航空）。随着航空事业的发展，flight attendant（空乘人员）也成为热门职业，charter flight（包机）相关业务量也有所增长。
