随着新冠肺炎疫情得到控制，我国就业市场稳步复苏。人力资源和社会保障部表示，上半年，全国城镇新增就业564万人，完成全年目标的63%。

A total of 5.64 million new jobs were created in China's urban areas in the first half of the year, 63 percent of the annual target, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, as the country experiences a steady recovery in its job market amid containment of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020年7月30日，一位求职者在湖南省长沙市一个招聘会现场。就业是最大的民生。今年以来，国家把就业放在“六稳”“六保”首位，更大力度实施就业优先政策，为稳就业提供了坚实支撑。面对疫情冲击，各地区各部门不断强化政策供给，及时出台了一系列政策措施。这些政策具体可以归纳为五个方面：一是稳岗位，通过“减免缓返补”等政策，为企业减负，稳住现有就业岗位。二是扩渠道，通过财政、货币等宏观经济政策聚力支持稳就业；优先支持吸纳就业多的投资项目、行业企业；加速释放创业创新带动就业潜力，清理取消不合理限制，促进灵活就业蓬勃发展。三是提技能，通过提升劳动者职业技能，帮助就业。四是促匹配，通过针对性的就业服务，努力促进劳动者就业。五是兜底线，全力兜住困难群众就业底线。

要坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，兜住民生底线，落实就业优先战略和积极的就业政策，突出做好高校毕业生、退役军人、农民工、城镇困难人员等重点群体就业工作。

Authorities should adhere to the people-centered development philosophy and ensure the bottom line of people's livelihood. Efforts should be made to implement pro-employment policies and facilitate the employment of key groups such as college graduates, veterans, rural migrant workers and urban people facing difficulties.
