五月五日 是端午节，我过得可高兴了！
昨天我高高兴的写完作业，就来到了爷爷、奶奶家。可是奶奶没有包粽子，奶奶说:“今年咱们包饺子庆祝端午好吗？”我说：“我喜欢吃粽子。”奶奶告诉我粽子很容易做的：“先把米和枣泡好了，再拿竹叶卷成圆筒形的，然后把糯米和大红枣包在里面，用线捆好上锅煮就好了。”
Yesterday, I finished my homework happily and came to my grandparents' home. But Grandma didn't make dumplings. Grandma said, "shall we make dumplings to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival this year?" I said, "I like eating zongzi." Grandma told me that zongzi is very easy to make: "first soak rice and dates, then roll bamboo leaves into a cylindrical shape, and then wrap glutinous rice and big red dates in it, and then tie them with thread and cook in the pot."
晚上奶奶果真给我做粽子吃了，我可真高兴啊！
In the evening, grandma did make zongzi for me. I'm so happy!
