国务院办公厅近日发布通知，定于2020年至2021年年初开展脱贫攻坚普查。这是我国首次对贫困人口展开脱贫攻坚普查，对于检验我国脱贫攻坚成果至关重要。

It will be the nation's first census of the impoverished population and is essential in evaluating China's poverty relief outcomes.

2019年12月，河南省一座温室大棚里，农民们正在采摘有机蔬菜。脱贫攻坚是党中央、国务院作出的重大决策部署，是全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标的标志性工程和底线任务。国家脱贫攻坚普查是精准扶贫精准脱贫的重要基础性工作，是对脱贫攻坚成效的一次全面检验。普查重点围绕脱贫结果的真实性和准确性，全面了解贫困人口脱贫实现情况，为分析判断脱贫攻坚成效、总结发布脱贫攻坚成果提供真实准确的统计信息，为党中央适时宣布打赢脱贫攻坚战、全面建成小康社会提供数据支撑。

普查范围是832个国家扶贫开发工作重点县和集中连片特困地区县，享受片区政策的新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区7个市县，以及在中西部22个省(区、市)抽取的部分其他县。普查对象为普查范围内的全部行政村(包括有建档立卡户的居委会、社区)和全部建档立卡户。普查内容包括建档立卡户基本情况、“两不愁三保障”实现情况、主要收入
