BUENOS AIRES, April 10 -- Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City have expressed interest in signing Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez, according to the Argentinian's agent.
Martinez has been a revelation for the Italian club this season with 16 goals in 30 matches across all competitions.
The 22-year-old has more than three years left on his contract but his agent, Alberto Yaque, did not rule out a move in the European summer transfer window.
"The truth is that we don't know what will happen. We are guided by what is said in the media. [But] I've had calls from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and City," Argentina's Ole news service quoted Yaque as saying.
"We only hear the rumors. If there is something between the clubs, we don't know about it," he added.
Martinez, who joined Inter for 25 million euros (around 27 million U.S. dollars) from Argentina's Racing Club in July 2018, now has an estimated market value of 64 million euros.
Yaque admitted that Martinez would relish the chance to play at Barcelona alongside Argentina national team colleague Lionel Messi.
"Who wouldn't like to play with Messi?," Yaque asked. "Lautaro himself said that it was a dream to play with him in the national team. But he is very reserved and keeps a low profile. It's not something we're talking about."?
