两淘宝店主因海外代购偷税获刑

　　上海市第一中级人民法院2月25日一审宣判，两名80后网店店主境外代购大量商品偷逃税款，犯有走私普通货物罪。这是上海宣判的首例海外代购、偷税走私刑事案件，向违规海外代购敲响警钟。这两名网店店主均被判处有期徒刑1年，缓刑1年6个月。专家提醒，海外代购，也得依法缴税。
