BEIJING, Nov. 29 -- A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official has urged efforts to strengthen institutional building, implementation and coordination in a bid to create new highlights in the reform of legal fields.
Guo Shengkun, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks Thursday at a meeting on the country's judicial system reform.
It is necessary to strive to build a systematic, scientific, standardized and effective system for political and legal work, Guo said, noting that efforts should be made to ensure reform tasks are coordinated with each other and effectively implemented.
