在毕业季没有找到固定工作,索性不当“上班族”,而是开网店、自由撰稿、全职做家教的,这种非传统的隐性就业形式正越来越受到大学毕业生的青睐。

The number of college graduates who have chosen “unregistered employment” is growing as they face stiff competition at companies.
在公司面临激烈的竞争,因而选择“隐性就业”的大学毕业生数量在不断增加。
“隐性就业”可以用unregistered employment表示,是指没有按照规范就业渠道获取固定职业的一种工作和生活状态。选择这种方式的大学毕业生们没有签订劳动合同(labor contract),没有在政府劳工处注册登记。
选择“隐性就业”的人大多是自由职业者(freelancer)或者选择自主创业(self-employment)。据人力资源与社会保障部(the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)估计,今年的高校毕业人数将达749万,专家指出,“隐性就业”能有效缓解当下就业难的问题,分流就业压力(employment pressure)。
尽管“隐性就业”备受热捧,但最大的问题是没有和任何单位形成劳动合同关系,没有医疗、养老等社会保障(social security),一旦出现问题,合法权益(lawful rights and interests)将很难保障。
