中央军委领导人表示，党员代表必须充分理解军队反腐工作，这样才能认清已有问题，并严肃对待，迅速解决。

文中的military countercorruption就是指“军队反腐”。“反腐”也可以用anti-graft campaign或者combat/fight graft来表示。全面反腐工作开展以来，一些senior PLA officials 中央军委要求各级要及时发现问题，有针对性采取措施，彻底清除“灰色地带”
