年底“跳槽潮”

智联招聘近日发布《2017白领年终奖调查》，据10151份问卷调查显示，2017年终奖满意度指数仅为2.23，四成白领因年终奖考虑跳槽。数据显示，参与调查的全国白领中仅有15.8%的人已拿到年终奖。

The number of people seeking new jobs started to rise last month, well ahead of the traditional job-hopping peak that usually occurs after the Spring Festival holiday.

从上月起，准备跳槽的人数开始上涨，比传统上春节后出现的跳槽潮还要提前。
