北京拟划定“城市增长边界”

为遏制“摊大饼”式的城市膨胀，北京将划定4类城市增长边界，禁止大型项目在边界线外开工；70%的市域面积将被作为生态保护红线区。

Beijing will set four urban growth boundaries (UGBs) while 70 percent of its administrative districts will become ecological protection areas in order to control unplanned city expansion and aid the environment, according to the local Urban Planning commission.

据当地城市规划委员会称，为了控制无计划的城市扩张，保护环境，北京拟设4类“城市增长边界”，将其70%的行政区域变为生态保护区。

“城市增长边界”即urban growth boundary 通过设立“城市增长边界”，北京将被分成三区，即生态保护区一旦划定“城市增长边界”，边界内可以进行集中连片的城市建设
